Childhood immunisations (BHR)
The childhood immunisations extract provides Barking and Dagenham, Havering & Redbridge (BHR) CCGs with child health data from GP systems.
The DDS delivers an extract that contains changes in GP immunisation data as specified in the required datasets.
The extract includes data from all patients who are aged between 0-19 years old and who are registered at BHR CCG GP practices.
Project population
All residents with a Barking & Dagenham, Havering, or Redbridge address.
Project cohort
All patients aged between 0-19 years old.
